Terms and Conditions
Booking and Approval Process: By submitting a booking request for Solis Apartment, you authorize us to review your reservation. Your booking is considered confirmed only after we manually approve the request and the initial payment is successfully processed.
Payment Policy: We offer two payment options to secure your stay:
Full Payment: You can pay 100% of the total amount at the time of booking approval.
Deposit Option: You can pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking approval to secure your dates.
Final Payment and Deadlines: If you chose the deposit option, the following rules apply:
15 days before your arrival, you will receive an email with a secure link to pay the remaining 70% of the balance.
This payment must be completed no later than 10 days before your arrival date.
If the remaining balance is not paid at least 10 days before arrival, the reservation will be automatically considered cancelled by the guest.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Please note our strict refund policy:
The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that this amount is used to secure your dates and will not be returned if you decide to cancel or if the final payment is not made on time.
Rescheduling your stay:
If you wish to change your booking dates, you must contact us at least 30 days before your original arrival date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
If the new dates have a higher rate, the guest is required to pay the difference. If the new dates have a lower rate, no partial refund will be given.
Security Deposit for Damages:To cover any potential damages during the stay, a security deposit of 100 EUR is required:
This deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The full amount will be refunded to you on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected.
In case of an early departure before the inspection can be made, the deposit will be sent back to your original payment method or bank account within 24 hours after inspection.
House Rules and Conduct:
Official House Rules: The full House Rules, as provided by the Croatian National Tourist Board, are displayed within the apartment and must be strictly followed.
Noise levels: Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM). Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
Swimming Pool: The pool is available for use from 08:00 (8 AM) to 21:00 (9 PM). Guests must follow the safety rules displayed on the board next to the pool.
Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Termination of stay: Solis Apartment reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately and without a refund if guests violate house rules or cause serious disturbance.
Occupancy and Registration:
Maximum occupancy: The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Unauthorized guests:Bringing additional people who were not listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited.
eVisitor: All guests must provide a valid ID or passport for registration in the official Croatian eVisitor system.
Check-in and Check-out Instructions:
Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM) until 00:00 (Midnight).
Key Access: Upon arrival, the key is located in a lockbox. You will receive the access code on your arrival day.
Check-out: Until 10:00 (10 AM).
Key Return: Upon departure, the apartment must be locked. The key must be placed back in the lockbox and the lockbox must be hung back on the door handle as it was found.
Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with the booking request and paying the deposit, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
